Position Title: Salon Coordinator
Reports To: Salon Owner
Location: Sage Salon (64 Serangoon Road)
Position Type: Full-time

Position Summary:
As our Salon Coordinator, you’ll be the friendly face and organised mind that keeps our salon running smoothly. You’ll greet clients, manage appointments, support our talented beauty team, and ensure every client leaves feeling pampered and special.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Front Desk Management

  • Greet clients warmly and make them feel welcome.
  • Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, or emails to book, reschedule, or cancel appointments.
  • Maintain the appointment calendar and minimize scheduling conflicts.

Customer Service

  • Handle client inquiries about services, prices, and packages
  • Manage client check-in and check-out smoothly.
  • Handle complaints or special requests with professionalism and care.

Team Coordination

  • Communicate client needs and special instructions to stylists and therapists.
  • Ensure that staff adhere to the daily schedule.
  • Support the team during peak hours (e.g., festival seasons)

Administrative Tasks

  • Maintain accurate client records and contact information.
  • Assist with inventory checks for beauty products and supplies.
  • Process payments and issue receipts.
  • Assist with basic social media or promotional tasks

Salon Maintenance Support

  • Ensure reception and waiting areas are clean and tidy.
  • Keep brochures, magazines, and product displays organized.
  • Support basic hygiene protocols (e.g., sanitisation of common areas).
Required Skills & Qualifications
