Monthly salary up to $24,000!

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Sales Manager to join our prestigious beauty salon. We offer an attractive base salary plus commission, along with various benefits, providing the opportunity to earn up to $24,000 per month.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of supervisory/managerial experience in the beauty/spa industry (Beauty and Wellness only).
• Proven success in sales, preferably within the beauty industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Track record of successful negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong industry knowledge and business acumen.
• Willing to work retail hours.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily sales and operations of the branch.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Oversee customer reception, staff scheduling, liaising with suppliers, and resolving customer issues.
• Develop marketing strategies and sales plans.
• Manage and mentor the sales team, ensuring high service quality.
• Handle inventory and procurement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
• Supervise beauticians and consultants.

Work hours:

• Monday-Friday: 11am - 9pm
• Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays: 10am - 7pm
