Job summary

Affinity Cosmetics Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Beauty Sales Consultant (Retail) to join our team at stores around Singapore. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, and work toward monthly sales targets in a dynamic beauty retail environment.

We offer training by international professionals, weekend/public holiday shifts, and attractive incentives. Island-wide locations with MRT access provide convenient store visits and growth opportunities within the Affinity team.

Qualifications

• Experience in beauty retail is preferred, though training is provided for non-experienced candidates.
• Able to stand for long hours and commit to retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Strong selling skills with a customer-focused approach and target-driven mindset.
• Good skincare knowledge and a proactive, positive team player attitude.

Responsibilities

• Drive and achieve monthly sales targets in a team environment.
• Approach customers, demonstrate and promote products to boost sales.
• Roaster planning and staff arrangement; participate in store operations.
• Maintain daily operating activities and inventory stock tally; provide excellent service.
