You’ll guide clients through their beauty and self-care journey with clarity and care. In this role you’ll welcome customers, conduct consultations, propose treatment plans, follow up with clients, handle sales professionally, and collaborate with the team to deliver an exceptional experience.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience in beauty, wellness, spa, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong communication skills and able to explain clearly.
• Naturally service-oriented, empathetic, and reliable.
• Goal-driven with good follow-through.
• Comfortable using digital tools for appointments and notes.
• Singaporeans and PRs are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and build genuine rapport.
• Conduct face/body consultations using structured assessment methods.
• Recommend suitable treatment plans based on customer goals.
• Follow up with clients and track their progress through notes and photos.
• Handle sales in a calm, confident, and professional manner.
• Work closely with the team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain service standards, protocols, and accuracy in records.
