Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide professional consultation and advise customers on the suitable treatments or products
• Monitor and evaluate to achieve sales target
• Perform excellent customer service to customers
• Promote company’s service and products to customers
• Able to handle customers’ enquiries
• Maintain existing loyal customer base and source prospect for new customers
• Ensure filing record of customers’ treatment cards are properly maintain and keep up to date
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of work area
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

• Prior experience in beauty industry is a plus
• Self-driven with ability to meet individual and outlet target
• Able to work on weekends and PH preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Able to commence work immediately or within short notice period
• Location in Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel
