Roles & Responsibilities

1. Provide professional consultation and advise customers on suitable treatments or products.
2. Monitor and evaluate to achieve sales targets.
3. Perform excellent customer service to customers.
4. Promote company’s services and products to customers.
5. Able to handle customer enquiries.
6. Maintain existing loyal customer base and source prospects for new customers.
7. Ensure filing records of customers’ treatment cards are properly maintained and kept up to date.
8. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of work area.
9. Any other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements

1. Prior experience in the beauty industry is a plus.
2. Self-driven with the ability to meet individual and outlet targets.
3. Able to work on weekends and public holidays preferred.
4. Strong communication skills.
5. Able to commence work immediately or within a short notice period.
6. Location in Marina Bay Sands.
