Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in luxury makeup or beauty retail.

Job responsibilities

• Offerpersonalized beauty consultations, tailoring recommendations to clients’ unique preferences, needs and styles
• Elevate theluxury beauty experience through high-touch service, personalised attention and engaging storytelling that brings our heritage, craftsmanship and innovation to life.
• Stay at the forefront ofbeauty trends, refining your expertise to uphold Louis Vuitton’s standards of excellence & luxury
• Be a role model for beauty, sharing insights and inspiring the teams with beauty techniques, product knowledge, and best practices
• Collaborate with the Field Coach Trainer and Team Manager to enhance the team's selling skills and expertise in beauty products, while also providing assistance on any beauty-related topics
• Ensure an immaculate, inviting beauty space and grooming that reflects the elegance and sophistication of the Louis Vuitton aesthetic

Profile

• 2-3 year of experience in luxury makeup or beauty retail
• Demonstrates expertise in makeup application, with a refined ability to personalize beauty solutions to accommodate a wide range of client preferences, needs, and styles
• An engaging communicator capable of storytelling, inspiring, engaging and connecting with both clients and teams through the artistry of beauty
• Passionate about beauty, colour, fashion & culture and is committed to delivering Louis Vuitton’s standards of excellence & luxury
• Maintains impeccable grooming and respect the brand’s luxury standards of presentation
• Displays strong organization skills in maintaining an inviting beauty space that aligns with Louis Vuitton’s impeccable standards
