Job Description: Beauty Consultant / Therapist / Sales Supervisor (Full-Time)

SHANGHAI TCM WELLNESS is a beauty TCM located at the heart of Jurong West Market.

Our company has been in the beauty industry for over 15 years. Our clients are mainly from the neighborhood, with a large customer base.

We offer a wide variety of hair services, as well as other beauty treatments such as facial and TCM treatments.

As we expand, our new shop is seeking enthusiastic beauticians who are outgoing and team players to work with other associates in promoting a variety of beauty packages and services to our customers.

We are looking for experienced candidates to join our growing family in the roles of Beauty Consultant, Therapist, or Sales Supervisor (Full-Time).

Compensation:

Basic salary + Commission

Basic Requirements:

• 6-day work week
• Perform ad-hoc duties as instructed by the manager
• Promote a wide range of services and packages
• Provide excellent customer service and communication
• Be hardworking and cooperative as part of a team
• Commute well with peers / be a team player
• Speak basic Chinese and English to maintain good after-sales relationships with clients of different races (most clients speak English and Chinese only)
• Possess strong negotiation and selling skills, be well-groomed and presentable
• Be independent and self-motivated
• Maintain a positive attitude, willing to learn and take on new tasks
• Have knowledge of beauty and facial treatments
