Job description

PERFECTION TCM is a beauty salon located at Jurong West and Bishan, with over 15 years of experience in the beauty industry. Our clientele mainly consists of local residents, and we offer a wide range of hair, facial, and TCM treatments. As we expand, we are seeking enthusiastic and competent beauticians to join our team, working collaboratively to promote various beauty packages and services.

We are currently hiring full-time team members for the following positions:

1. Experienced Beautician / Therapist
2. Experienced Beauty Consultant
3. Sales Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities include:

• Managing daily operations of the assigned outlet
• Leading and motivating a team of therapists
• Promoting treatments and packages to customers
• Maintaining outlet presentation and sales revenue
• Handling customer complaints and providing excellent customer service
• Updating customer database
• Achieving personal and outlet sales targets
• Providing coaching and guidance to staff

Basic requirements:

• Relevant experience as a beautician, therapist, or beauty consultant; managerial experience preferred
• 6-day work week
• Strong communication skills in English and basic Chinese
• Good negotiation and selling skills
• Well-groomed and presentable
• Independent, self-motivated, and a team player
• Knowledge of beauty and facial treatments
