Fleek Salon is a beauty salon located at the Heart of Jurong West Market. Our company has been in the beauty industry for over 15 years. Our clients are mainly from the neighbourhood, with a large customer base. We offer a wide variety of hair services as well as other beauty treatments such as facial and TCM treatments. We are expanding, and our new shop requires enthusiastic beauticians who are outgoing and team players to work with other associates in promoting our beauty packages and services.

We are looking for experienced full-time team members to join our growing family:

• Basic Salary + Commission

Basic Requirements:

• Experience as a consultant for managerial roles; otherwise, experience in the beauty industry.
• 6-day work week
• Perform ad-hoc duties as instructed by the manager
• Promote a wide range of services and packages
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Hardworking and cooperative team player
• Good communication skills in English and basic Chinese to serve clients effectively (most clients speak English and Chinese)
• Strong negotiation and selling skills, well-groomed and presentable
• Independent, self-motivated, and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of beauty and facial treatments
• Must meet personal sales targets as well as company targets
