MISSION AND RESPONSABILITIES:

As a Beauty Consultant, you are the quintessential ambassador of our brand. Your role is crucial in achieving sales targets while simultaneously promoting the brand image and upholding the highest standards of service for all clients. You represent not just our products but also our brand values in every interaction with customers and within the team. Your commitment to excellence, deep understanding of our products, and ability to create memorable experiences for clients will embody the essence of what it means to be a part of the brand.

SALES TARGET ACHIEVEMENT

  • Achieve personal sales targets, sales per transaction, and units per transaction as set by the Brand/Retail Manager.
  • Maximize sales through effective link and cross-selling techniques, enhancing customer purchases.

CUSTOMER RELATIONS & CLIENTELING

  • Cultivate strong customer relations with a warm and establishing a positive rapport with clients.
  • Apply clienteling strategies to build long-term relationships, understanding and catering to individual client preferences and needs.
  • Provide accurate and personalized skin consultations for each client, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge and expertise.
  • Act as an ambassador for service excellence, ensuring every customer interaction reflects the highest standards of customer service.

PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE AND CUSTOMIZED SERVICE

  • Demonstrate products using the techniques, aligning recommendations with the client's specific requirements.
  • Propose and deliver tailor-made services and consultations based on guidelines, ensuring a unique and customized experience for every client.

VISUAL MERCHANDISING AND STORE OPTIMIZATION

  • Ensure the store's visual merchandising (VM) is at its optimal level, maintaining an attractive and enticing display for customers.
  • Collaborate with the team to organize products and displays, ensuring a visually appealing and organized store environment that enhances the customer shopping experience.
