Job Description
1. Daily Operations Management
- Oversee the overall daily operations of the beauty centre to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Supervise appointment scheduling, customer service procedures, and treatment flow to maintain high client satisfaction.
- Manage stock levels, order supplies when needed, and control expenses to ensure cost-efficiency.
2. Team Leadership & Staff Management
- Lead and motivate the beautician team, cultivating a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance appraisals.
- Conduct recruitment, onboarding, training, and continuous development of new and existing staff.
3. Customer Service & Sales
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally to retain customer loyalty.
- Drive sales performance by promoting services and products effectively.
- Monitor customer treatment progress and follow up with membership and retention strategies.
4. Marketing & Brand Image
- Support and execute marketing campaigns and in-house promotions to attract new clients.
- Work with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and awareness.
- Ensure that the centre maintains a clean, professional, and premium image at all times.
Job Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- At least 2 years of working experience in the beauty industry, with 1+ year in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong knowledge of facial, body treatments, and equipment is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong customer service orientation.
- Proven team management and leadership skills.
- Sales-driven with the ability to motivate staff to meet targets.
- Proficient in basic office software (Excel, Word) and appointment management systems.
