Job summary

A beauty and wellness spa in Singapore is seeking a seasoned professional to manage operations and lead a team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in the beauty industry, a proven sales track record, and strong leadership skills. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets and maintaining service standards. Mandarin proficiency is a plus for this role.

Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of relevant supervisory/managerial level experience in the beauty/spa industry.
  • Previous successful experience in sales, preferably within the beauty industry.
  • Mandarin speaker and written will be an advantage.

  • Source for prospect new customers and maintain existing customer base.

Job Responsibilities:

• Source for prospect new customers and maintain existing customers base
• Maintain high level of service standards and brand image
• Bring about revenue objectives
• Meet and achieve Sales Targets (KPI) as set by Management
• Manage day-to-day sales and operations
• Lead a team of specialists and therapists to provide professional consultation and services

Job Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree qualification
• At least 10 years of relevant supervisory/managerial level experience in the beauty/spa industry.
• Previous successful experience in sales, preferably within the beauty industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, capable of motivating and guiding team members towards achieving sales targets.
• Proven track record in sales, with exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with the capability to effectively manage operations and resources.
• Strong business acumen, keeping up with industry trends to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Mandarin speaker and written will be advantage
