Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the beauty centre, ensuring efficiency and excellence in service delivery.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of beauty professionals and support staff.
  • Maintain high standards of customer care, hygiene, and treatment quality.
  • Manage staff schedules, appointments, inventory, and day-to-day administration.
  • Monitor and drive business performance through KPIs and client feedback.
  • Handle customer queries, feedback, and service recovery when needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques and services as relevant.
  • Implement marketing initiatives and promotions to attract and retain clients.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of proven experience in managing a beauty centre or salon.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Hands-on expertise in a range of beauty treatments (e.g. facials, body treatments, waxing, etc.).
  • Business acumen with experience in budgeting, planning, and performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Professional certifications in beauty therapy or related fields are preferred.
