Job description

Responsibilities

• Able to perform skin and body analysis for new and existing customers.


• Exposures to a diverse range of beauty treatments, including skin, face, body, slimming, hair removal, skin whitening etc.


• To assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the business with a focus on all service and operational logistics of the reservations and reception.


• Makes professional recommendations on products, treatments and service packages to customers.


• Responsible for staffing, staff development and training.


• Evaluate and supervise the performance of team members, and when necessary, provide timely disciplinary action including any written documentation.


• Arrange training programs and skill upgrading courses for company staff.


• Responsible for sales and achieving sales KPIs and targets.


• Regularly evaluates business processes, procedures and systems, makes recommendations as necessary.


• Manage customer complaints in a timely manner.
