We are Hiring: Beauty Aesthetic Sales Consultant

Location: Orchard Road, Singapore

Job Responsiblities:

• Provide professional consultations to clients on aesthetic services and skincare solutions based on their needs.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through personalised customer recommendations and excellent services.
• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure repeated business and referrals.
• Explain treatment packages, promote membership programs, and handles enquiries with confidence and product knowledge.
• Assist the Operations Manager in daily salon operations, including front desk duties, client follow-ups.
• Stay updated on beauty trends, in-house treatments , and products (Klapp and other premium brands)

Requirements:

• Proven experience in beauty/aesthetic sales or related customer service roles.
• Passionate about skincare, facial treatments, slimming, and overall aesthetics.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays. (with scheduled days off)
• Self-motivated, target-driven and team-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of aesthetic machines/hands-on is a big plus.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is an advantage.
