Job description

A popular online health and beauty brand is opening its first flagship store in Singapore. They are looking for passionate and talented beauty advisors to join this popular brand.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and feedback promptly and effectively.
  • Manage returns and exchanges in line with company policies.
  • Offer innovative ideas to enhance customer retention and build a loyal client base.

Operations:

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the retail store, including tasks like cashiering and housekeeping.
  • Ensure the store's presentation aligns with the brand's image and standards.
  • Assist in executing sales strategies and participate in marketing events and promotions.
  • Monitor and replenish inventory to maintain stock levels.
  • Aid in visual merchandising to enhance the store's appeal and optimize customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to achieve KPIs and resolve store-related issues.
  • Operate the POS system accurately, processing various payment methods efficiently.
  • Provide feedback on in-store activities to supervisors for continual improvement.

Additional Duties:

  • Take part in periodic stocktakes and perform other ad hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Passion for the beauty retail industry and customer interaction.
  • Retail experience (beauty retail experience is a plus).
  • Positive, team-oriented mindset with a strong desire to contribute.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and open-minded with a high level of integrity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, with problem-solving and planning capabilities.
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays (44-hour workweek).
