Join Travel Retail as a Beauty Advisor at Changi Airport, where you will represent some of the world's most prestigious fragrance, skincare, and cosmetics brands. As a key brand ambassador, you will provide exceptional customer service, drive sales, and create a luxury shopping experience for international travelers.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Sales

• Greet and assist travelers with personalized beauty consultations.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable fragrance, skincare, or cosmetics products.
• Drive sales by demonstrating product benefits and application techniques.

Brand Representation

• Uphold luxury brand image with professional grooming and service.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, trends, and promotions.

Store Operations

• Ensure stock levels are maintained and displays are visually appealing.
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to airport retail guidelines.

Job Requirements:

️ Passionate about beauty, skincare, and fragrance
️ Strong customer service and sales skills
️ Team player with a positive attitude
️ Able to work rotating shifts: 5am - 2pm/ 6am - 3pm/ 7am - 4pm/ 10am - 7pm
️ Prior retail or beauty experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

Basic Salary: $2,200 - $2,600 per month
Work Location: Changi Airport Travel Retail
