Job Responsibilities:

• Promote our brand’s skincare and makeup products over the counter

• Provide skincare consultation to customers

• Build relationship with customers and deliver excellent customer service

• Perform product demonstration over the counter to customers

• Meets personal and counter targets and complete tasks on time

• Initiative and Ownership

• Ensure accuracy of stock level and transactions

• Ensure accurate sales entry in POS system

• Ensure effective management and update of member database

• Ensure maintenance of store housekeeping and VMD display

• Provide customer with correct and accurate information on product

• Maintains good conduct, complies with instructions, policies and regulations

• Works effectively and co-operates with others to achieve a common goal

• Interacts and expresses effectively (includes oral communication and body language)

• Accountable for cash till; wherever applicable

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in the beauty industry is an advantage.

• Passionate about beauty products and providing excellent customer service.

• Friendly, positive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable working retail hours, including weekends and shifts.

• Training will be provided
