About the role
We are seeking a talented Beautician/Spa Therapist to join our dynamic team at De Beaute located in Orchard, Tanjong Pagar & in East Coast. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beauty, wellness and spa treatments to our valued clients, contributing to the success and growth of our establishment.

What you'll be doing

• Performing a variety of facial, body, spa, and beauty treatments to the highest standards

• Providing personalized consultations to understand clients' needs and recommend suitable treatments

• Maintaining detailed records of client information and treatment history

• Ensuring the cleanliness and organisation of the treatment rooms and work area

• Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge

• Contributing to the overall success of the spa through excellent customer service and a commitment to client satisfaction

• Basic salary + service points commission + sales commission

What we're looking for

• Beauty qualifications in beauty therapy, spa or a related field

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Beautician or Spa Therapist, preferably in a similar environment

• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing a high-quality experience

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and independently

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• A friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
