Job summary

The Mini Shopaholic in Singapore is seeking a responsible and experienced Beautician to deliver excellent customer service, drive shop performance, and grow profitability.

You will assist clients in selecting services, maintain cleanliness, manage stock, handle POS and daily cash, and participate in training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience in salon, beauty or service industry.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good time management skills.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Proficient in basic computer and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Help customer to choose the appropriate service
• Respond politely to client queries
• Take ownership of the cleanliness of the shop and working area
• Perform adequate stock take, maintain timely replenishment
• Enter client information into systems accurately
• Handle opening and closing procedures, including daily cash reconciliation
