Job summary

JAPAN IPL EXPRESS PTE. LTD. is hiring beauty professionals to perform skin treatments and IPL hair removal to a high standard in a customer-focused salon in Singapore.

You will assess client needs, recommend suitable treatments, explain results, and guide customers through registration and health declarations. Training is provided for those new to the beauty industry while maintaining strict hygiene and SOP adherence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of beauty industry experience preferred.
• Training will be provided for candidates without experience.
• Positive attitude and customer-service focus are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of skin treatments and hair-removal treatments to a high, consistent standard.
• Assess each customer's needs and recommend suitable treatments, setting clear and realistic expectations for results.
• Introduce customers to current promotions and referral programs.
• Welcome customers, handle enquiries, and guide them through registration and health declarations.
• Provide high standard and quality services.
• Keep your treatment area clean, hygienic and well-organised, in line with all health and safety standards.
• Adhere to and stay up to date with the company's treatment protocols and SOPs.
