Job description

PERFECTION TCM is a beauty salon located at Jurong West and Bishan. We have been in the beauty industry for over 15 years. Our clients are mainly from the neighbourhood with a large customer base. We offer a wide variety of hair services as well as other beauty treatments such as facials and TCM therapies. As we expand, our new shop is seeking enthusiastic beauticians who are outgoing and team players to promote our range of beauty packages and services.

We are looking for Full-Time Candidates to join our growing team:

1. Experienced Beautician / Therapist
2. Experienced Beauty Consultant
3. Assistant Supervisor
4. Beauty TCM Therapist

Roles & Responsibilities include:

• Basic salary plus commission
• Managing daily operations of the outlet
• Leading and coaching a team of therapists
• Promoting treatments and packages to customers
• Maintaining outlet presentation and sales revenue
• Achieving personal and outlet sales targets
• Handling customer complaints and motivating staff morale
• Other ad-hoc duties as instructed by the manager

Basic Requirements:

• Experience in beauty industry or consultant experience for managerial roles
• 6-day work week
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Hardworking, team-oriented, and well-groomed
• Ability to speak basic Chinese and English
• Strong negotiation and selling skills
• Independent and self-motivated
• Knowledge of beauty and facial treatments
• Results-driven attitude and ability to meet sales targets
