Job summary

Avere Studio & Avere Aesthetics on Club Street is seeking an experienced Beauty Therapist to deliver premium facials and advanced skin treatments in a calm, luxury setting.

You will perform microneedling, provide skin consultations, and maintain impeccable hygiene while building lasting relationships with a discerning clientele. Full-time or part-time roles available, with training on premium products.

Qualifications

• Recognised certification in beauty therapy / aesthetics.
• Certification and hands-on microneedling experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a salon, spa or clinic setting.
• Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, skin conditions and active ingredients.
• Excellent English and professional manner with clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform facials tailored to skin type and concerns.
• Deliver facial massage techniques (Kobido, lymphatic drainage or gua sha is a strong plus).
• Perform microneedling and other advanced skin treatments under medical supervision.
• Carry out skin consultations and recommend treatment plans and homecare.
• Keep treatment rooms, tools and records to the highest hygiene standards.
• Build lasting relationships with clients and encourage rebookings.

We’re Hiring: Beauty Therapist / Facialist – Avere Studio & Avere Aesthetics, Club Street

Avere is a premium skin and aesthetics clinic on Club Street, bringing Scandinavian beauty philosophy together with the best of Asian skincare. We work alongside our Medical Director, Dr. Michael Tan, and serve a discerning clientele who expect real results and a calm, luxurious experience.

We’re looking for an experienced, certified beautician who is passionate about skin and wants to grow with a boutique team.

What you’ll do

• Perform professional facials tailored to each client’s skin type and concerns
• Deliver facial massage techniques (experience in Kobido, lymphatic drainage or gua sha is a strong plus)
• Perform microneedling and other advanced skin treatments under medical supervision
• Carry out skin consultations and recommend treatment plans and homecare
• Keep treatment rooms, tools and records to the highest hygiene standards
• Build lasting relationships with clients and encourage rebookings

What we’re looking for

• Recognised certification in beauty therapy / aesthetics (e.g. CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, WSQ or equivalent)
• Certification and hands‑on experience in microneedling
• Minimum [2] years’ experience in a salon, spa or clinic setting
• Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, skin conditions and active ingredients
• Excellent English; warm, polished and professional manner with clients
• Experience with microneedling, peels, LED/light therapy, lash and brow treatments is a bonus
• [Singaporean / PR, or eligible for a work pass]
