Job summary

HR SOLUTIONS CONSULTANTS LLP is seeking a professional Beautician to provide facial treatments, skincare services and grooming for clients in Singapore. You will assess skin conditions, tailor treatments, apply masks, perform cleansing and massage, and advise on aftercare.

Maintain hygiene, operate beauty equipment safely, and support salon operations while delivering excellent customer service and product recommendations to enhance client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide facial treatments, skincare services and basic beauty treatments.
• Assess customers’ skin condition and recommend suitable treatments and products.
• Perform cleansing, exfoliation, facial massage, masks and other facial procedures.
• Provide eyebrow shaping, waxing, hair removal and other grooming services.
• Operate beauty equipment and treatment machines safely and correctly.
• Explain treatment procedures, benefits and aftercare instructions.
• Recommend and sell skincare and beauty products.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and sterilise tools and equipment after use.
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and ensure supplies are properly stocked.
• Maintain customer treatment records and appointment information.
• Provide professional customer service and respond to customers’ concerns.
• Follow workplace safety, hygiene and company operating procedures.
• Assist with salon operations and other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager.
