BDM , UHNW Insurance Broker (Malaysia based)

This role will be responsible for driving growth and revenue by identifying and securing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. This role will play a vital role in expanding its market presence in Malaysia.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities to meet revenue objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth in existing and new markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Identify and establish partnerships with banks, financial institutions, and other potential referral sources to enhance the company's business pipeline.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement joint initiatives.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Participate in product pitches, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
• Work closely with Business Development Director and Sales Consultants to meet the referral needs of our partners in Malaysia.
• Interact with and build solid relationships with bankers and branch managers of our partners.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in business development, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of insurance products and the brokerage industry is highly preferred.
