Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager and/or Relationship Manager to join our team in the bank.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-value clients, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying new business opportunities. Market Segment:

This role is focusing on HNW clients both in Singapore as well as international markets, either in Private or Priority Banking.

Services include but are not exclusive to Wealth Solutions and Legacy Planning.

Job Scope:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring deep understanding of their financial needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement tailored financial solutions to meet clients' needs, including credit facilities, investments, and transactional banking products.
  • Identify new business opportunities and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including credit risk, product specialists, and operations teams, to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Monitor and manage client risk, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a relationship management or sales role in the banking industry for senior roles.
  • Proven track record of success in managing and growing a portfolio of high-value clients.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and services.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
