    As a Business Development Manager (BDM) for Travel Trade at iDMC World, you will be responsible for driving growth, partnerships, and revenue in Mumbai. iDMC World is a prominent DMC (Destination Management Company) that specializes in crafting expert travel experiences and ground services across domestic destinations, focusing on B2B travel solutions.Your main responsibilities will include identifying and onboarding new B2B travel agents and tour operators in your region, cultivating strong relationships with existing partners to enhance repeat business, promoting iDMC World's DMC services and travel products, conducting sales presentations and trainings, and participating in travel trade events to boost brand visibility. Meeting and exceeding sales targets, coordinating with the operations team for seamless execution, and providing regular sales reports and market insights will also be part of your role.To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in B2B travel sales, preferably with a DMC or tour operator. A strong network of travel agents in your region, excellent communication and negotiation skills, proactive and target-driven attitude, and willingness to travel locally for client meetings are essential. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and a regional language, as well as possession of a two-wheeler or four-wheeler, are also required.The salary offered is competitive with incentives, and you will report to the Regional Head/Director of Sales.
