Job Scope:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions
Conduct product/service presentations and sales pitches to potential customers
Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals successfully
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in CRM systems
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction
Stay updated on market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
On-the-job training provided
Strong communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated, confident, and result-driven
Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
