As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Monitor, assess, and interpret business trends within the assigned territory to uncover high-potential opportunities and emerging markets for business growth.
Proactively collaborate with the Director of Business Development or Inside Sales Manager in shaping the global strategic plan for the customer segments and target markets.
Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships with customers, partners, and suppliers to drive growth within the assigned business sector.
Represent the organisation at industry trade shows to identify new leads and expand the market network.
Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation for the client, ensuring seamless coordination between internal departments and the client.
Identify and pursue long-term business opportunities by assessing contract potential in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
Present and negotiate contract terms with clients, ensuring alignment with the guidelines and recommendations provided by the contract management team.
Share valuable insights derived from customer and competitor data by escalating key findings.
Perform market research, gather relevant data, and generate reports to support sales and site management teams.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Possess a Bachelor Degree or Diploma in any related fields, along with relevant experience in the aerospace industry.
