Job Title: Business Development Executive

Experience: 2–3 years (+ OJT Provided)
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the ship and trading sector to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and excellent account servicing.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and contracts.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Maritime Studies, or related field.
- 2–3 years of proven sales or business development experience, preferably in shipping, trading, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Driven, self-motivated, and eager to learn with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
