BD Executive (GOVT HEALTHCARE) *IMMEDIATE* #HZT

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving growth by developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with partners, and ensuring a high level of service delivery. This role offers a blend of strategy, marketing, and relationship management, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

• Develop new business opportunities and build relationships with partners to drive business growth
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to establish a strong market presence
• Expand customer/partners collaborations in projects
• Prepare and lead business reviews and SLA (Service Level Agreement) drafting for assigned client accounts
• Conduct market analysis and client satisfaction surveys
• Develop marketing collaterals to support business and community outreach needs, including overseeing the design and production of roadshow displays, banners, posters, decals, etc.
• Organize and support corporate events, roadshows, and community outreach events

Job Requirements (Education/Experience):

• A recognized Bachelor’s Degree with at least 3-8 years of experience in marketing, business development, or key account management
• Working experience in healthcare sector is a distinct advantage
• Proven experience managing relationships with stakeholders across all levels of an organization

Job Requirements (Personal Attributes):

• Strong business acumen, interpersonal and communication skills
• A creative problem solver with excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Willingness to work on weekends for events/projects
