Job description

Duties:

Deal Sourcing & Screening

• Identify and evaluate new investment or divestment opportunities
• Conduct initial financial assessments
• Maintain the deal pipeline and follow-up trackers

Market Research & Insights

• Monitor real estate trends, policies, and economic indicators
• Benchmark competing assets and track key market transactions
• Prepare regular research reports to support strategic decisions

Financial Modelling & Analysis

• Build models to assess feasibility, returns (IRR/NPV), and scenarios
• Assist with investment proposals, board papers, and valuations

Transaction & Deal Support

• Coordinate due diligence with internal and external stakeholders
• Draft key documents and help manage deal timelines

Reporting & Coordination

• Support asset performance reviews and management reports
• Organise meetings, site visits, and maintain deal documentatio

Requirement:

• Degree in Real Estate
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate Industry
• Proficient in financial modelling and MS application (Excel, Words, PowerPoint)
• Proficient in Bloomberg and REIS is a plus
• Good understanding of real estate markets and investment principles
