Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or NITEC in any discipline; fresh graduates welcome.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Bilingual in English and Chinese for client documents and site interactions.

Responsibilities

• Accompany the BD Manager on client visits and site walk-throughs to assess service requirements across commercial and industrial properties.
• Prepare, draft, and calculate service quotations, proposal decks, and service agreements based on site assessment data.
• Assist in gathering tender requirements, tracking contract status, and coordinating client communications.
• Work closely between the BD department and operations teams to ensure onboarding of new client accounts.
