Job summary

Zen Career Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a production operator to support batch production operations and calibrate weighing equipment on site at Buona Vista. The role requires adherence to GMP and safety procedures, equipment setup and cleaning, and diligent record-keeping.

You will verify raw materials, perform basic equipment maintenance, and conduct routine quality measurements (pH, rheology) while preparing finished products for warehouse transfer. Company benefits and training provided.

Responsibilities

• Review batch-making schedules in advance and support daily batch production operations.
• Conduct, verify, and record daily calibration of weighing equipment in accordance with P&G standards.
• Set up production equipment according to standard operating procedures and Batch Production Records.
• Perform equipment cleaning and sanitisation in accordance with established procedures.
• Receive and verify raw materials against Batch Production Records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Identify potential hazards associated with raw materials using the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals and follow the required safety precautions.
• Operate production equipment and carry out raw-material additions according to production instructions.
• Perform equipment completion and shutdown procedures after production.
• Carry out basic equipment maintenance and first-level troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations.
• Collect and label finished-product samples and perform required measurements, including pH and rheology testing.
• Prepare finished products for collection and transfer to the warehouse.
• Update and maintain production batch-making records accurately.
• Prepare hazardous and general waste for proper disposal in accordance with safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and tidy work environment in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice requirements.
