Bartender (Parkway Parade)

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the supervisor to oversee the operations of the bar and perform opening and closing duties.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times and ability to handle feedback.
• Lead and train team members to achieve guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and productivity.
• Monitor inventory to ensure that resources are used effectively and minimize wastage.
• Ensure compliance with Company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) as well as cleanliness and sanitation at work areas.
• Train new team members in collaboration with the immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements:

Prior experience in bartendering duties would be a plus.

Working Hours: 6 days, 8 hours a day (including weekends and public holidays).
