Job description

We are hiring on behalf of our client for Bartender | Multiple locations | Rotating Shift | $2000-$2600

Position: Bartender

Working Location: Multiple Locations

Working Hour:

7am-3.20pm

3.00pm-11.20pm

Rotating shift | 6 days

Requirements:

️ Proficient in preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.

️Able to assess customer preferences and provide suitable drink recommendations.

️Maintain high standards of cleanliness by regularly sanitizing glassware, bar tools, and work areas.

️Verify customer identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age regulations.

️Accurately manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions, including order processing, bill settlement, and reconciling cash or credit at the end of each shift.

️Replenish and manage bar inventory, ensuring the bar remains organized, clean, and fully stocked at all times.

️Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including those set by NEA, AVA, SCDF, and other relevant authorities.

️Assist in the handling and preparation of oysters, including shucking, plating, and ensuring proper presentation.

️Ensure all oysters and seafood items meet the highest standards for freshness, quality, and food safety.

️Willingness to support kitchen operations, including basic food preparation and cooking duties (training will be provided).

️Able to stand for extended periods and perform duties in a fast-paced environment.
