Job Description:

As a Bartender/ Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our bar team and ensuring smooth service. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare and serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to a high standard with consistency.
  • Set up and maintain a clean, organized bar area, ensuring everything is stocked and ready for service.
  • Provide excellent customer service, building rapport with guests and delivering a top-tier drinking experience.
  • Create drink recipes that are unique and representative of the brand.
  • Plan schedule for the bartender team, ensuring coordination with the restaurant team to achieve service synergy.
  • Train new/junior bartenders for their development to perform and deliver exceptional service to align with brand and organizational goals.

Requirements:

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Ideally, you will have:

  • Experience in a bartender, barista or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant, bar or hospitality environment, preferably in a managerial role.
  • A friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills and a passion for mixology, creating unique drinks and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
  • The ability to stay calm, composed, and adaptable under pressure, while maintaining efficient service and ensuring smooth operations for the team in a busy and high-energy setting.
  • Experience in managing operations scheduling.
  • Hands-on experience in setting up and maintaining bar equipment and procurement to achieve operational efficiency in service flow.
