Job description

SUMMARY OF ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Bartending Duties:

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, glassware, and equipment.
  • Check guests' identification to verify legal age requirements.
  • Maintain stock levels and replenish bar inventory as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns promptly.

Supervisory Duties:

  • Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the bar and staff during assigned shifts.
  • Train, mentor, and guide new bartenders and barbacks.
  • Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
  • Handle shift scheduling, opening and closing duties, and cash handling procedures.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Ensure all safety, sanitation, and licensing regulations are followed.
Job Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a bartender and team leader or supervisor.
  • Strong knowledge of mixology, bar operations, and customer service best practices.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and lead a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
Other Details:
  • 5 days per week (4 days: 3pm to 10pm & 1 day: 11am to 10pm)
