MEI LE PTE. LTD. is seeking a talented Bartender skilled in both coffee preparation and cocktail mixology to deliver high-quality beverages with exceptional customer service.

You will prepare coffee and cocktails, maintain cleanliness, manage inventory, and assist the front-of-house team. The role requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays in a bustling cafe environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as bartender and/or barista.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and cocktail mixology.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee beverages using professional machines.
• Create and serve classic and innovative cocktails according to recipes or customer preferences.
• Maintain consistency and quality of beverages.
• Keep bar and coffee station clean and organized at all times.
• Manage inventory of bar and coffee supplies; restock as needed.
• Interact with guests professionally, taking orders and making recommendations.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Support front-of-house duties when required.

• Support the team with other front-of-house duties when required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a bartender and barista (minimum 2 years preferred).
