Role Overview

The Bartender is responsible for providing efficient and professional service of food and beverages, ensuring guests receive excellent service in accordance with the standards, policies, and procedures of the Conrad hotel and Hilton Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high customer service focus, always keeping guests in mind.
  • Take initiative to resolve issues and communicate clearly with guests and colleagues.
  • Promote Hilton's services and facilities to guests and suppliers.
  • Serve beverages and food in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.
  • Prepare beverages and act as the lounge cashier.
  • Know the beverage menu well and explain it to guests.
  • Maintain proper setup of the bar, including stock requisition and replenishment.
  • Ensure the quality of garnishes, juices, and perishables.
  • Greet guests courteously, promote and record drink orders.
  • Mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard recipes.
  • Check IDs, detect guest inebriation, and adhere to liquor laws.
  • Handle orders and payments accurately, balancing cash and recording charges.
  • Maintain product knowledge and cleanliness standards.
  • Support guest inquiries and promote hotel amenities and city attractions.
  • Ensure safety and cleanliness in all work areas.
  • Display professional behavior and prioritize guest service.
  • Report accidents or incidents promptly.

  • Senior High School or hospitality-related qualification.
  • Good English skills.
