Job Description

Bartender/ Barista is responsible for providing skillful and detailed preparation of beverages, in order to contribute to an excellent guest experience by following the restaurant's product standards.

Ensuring that day to day bar operations and preparations are carried out following SOPs.

Job Details

1. Preparing beverages with consistency, quality and cleanliness.
2. Daily stock take.
3. Mise en place + preparing ingredients and equipment for service.
4. Able to explain, communicate and recommend guests about flavour profiles and beverage philosophy.
5. Carry out duties of floor service staff when needed.

Qualifications

1. Passion for coffee and or bar service.
2. Experience in a high volume restaurant service.
3. Extended knowledge in coffee and beverages (spirits, cocktails, wine).
4. Experience in bar customer service , preferred with hands on coffee and cocktail making.
5. Comfortable with equipment standard functions.
6. Self starter with ability to manage deadlines.
