Job Description & Requirements

  1. Responsible for ensuring guests at Violet Oon have a complete dining experience from arrival to departure.
  2. Achieve service objectives through proper beverage preparation, presentation, and maintaining cleanliness of the bar, in compliance with established standards.
  3. Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations mandated by government agencies.
  4. Meet beverage sales targets by upselling and promoting drinks to guests.

Reduce wastage and spillage.

  1. Complete all mise-en-place before operation, such as garnishes and glassware.
  2. Ensure all equipment is in working condition.
  3. Order and store stock appropriately.
  4. Perform monthly inventory of equipment and utensils.
  5. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the bar.
  6. Notify the manager on duty if any beverage products are unavailable.
  7. Upsell food and beverage products during guest orders.
  8. Greet guests warmly, thank them, and bid farewell.
  9. Coordinate with the manager on all event and function beverage requirements.
  10. Respond quickly and accurately to guest requests.
  11. Assist the manager in establishing maintenance and cleaning schedules.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned.
