As part of the front-of-house team, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a memorable and high-quality experience at the bar and in the restaurant.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences.
  • Recommend cocktails, wines, and spirits to complement guests’ meals.
  • Ensure consistent drink quality, presentation, and portion control.
  • Engage with guests in a warm and professional manner.
  • Take beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service.
  • Provide product knowledge on drinks, ingredients, and pairings.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times.
  • Restock bar supplies, ingredients, and garnishes as required.
  • Work closely with the restaurant service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in inventory management and stock-taking.
  • Support bar setup and closing duties.
Requirements
