Centrally located in the historic Ann Siang Hill enclave, Jungle is a buzzing grill and bar specializing in regional Thai cuisine.

Our bar program focuses on showcasing bespoke cocktails made with regional ingredients, craft beers, & natural wines.

ROLE

We’re on the hunt for a Senior Bartender who knows their Negronis from their Mojitos, can shake a martini while telling a killer joke, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment. If you’ve got the skills of a chemist, the charm of a show host, and the stamina of a rock star on tour — we want you behind our bar.

DUTIES

1. Craft delicious, eye-catching cocktails that keep guests coming back for “just one more”
2. Lead by example, mentoring junior bartenders and team members
3. Keep the bar organized, clean, and fully stocked — because chaos is only fun in the movies
4. Maintain bar profitability by minimizing waste and managing inventory
5. Assist front of house team with restaurant service and operations.

EXPERIENCE

At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is preferred.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Enthusiastic and friendly personality
• Experience with coffee/barista skills beneficial
