Roles & Responsibilities

Bartender

· Anticipate and attend to guest’s needs and desires immediately

· Ensure that a high product standard and consistency is maintained all of the time

· Maintain a harmonious relationship with other members of the service team

· Clear glassware, and any other unnecessary items from your outlet

· Maintain an acceptable degree of knowledge with regard to beverage products

· Prepare beverages in line with guest requests

· Up-selling of beverages

· Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner

· Ensure compliance with brand standards

· Ensure cleanliness of bar areas

· Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships

· Fluency in both spoken and written Chinese is required, as the guest profile includes Chinese-speaking individuals
