Salary Range: $2,300–$3,000 (based on experience)

Job Summary:

Our Bistro is seeking a passionate and skilled Bartender to join our team. You will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, engaging with guests, and maintaining a vibrant and inviting bar atmosphere. If you love hospitality, mixology, and a fast-paced environment, we want you on board.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with the bistro’s standards and recipes.

Create signature cocktails that complement our food menu and brand identity.

Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and engaging attitude.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, glassware, and tools.

Handle POS transactions and manage tabs efficiently and accurately.

Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service in line with licensing laws.

Restock bar inventory, manage supplies, and conduct stock checks when necessary.

Work closely with the front-of-house and kitchen team for smooth service operations.

Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a bartender in a restaurant or bar setting.

Knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and coffee is a plus.

Flair bartending and creative presentation skills are an advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Must be a team player with a positive attitude.

Basic knowledge of POS systems and bar stock control.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.
