• Set up and maintain a neat, polished venue.
• Manage the bar’s daily operation and inventory.

The Role:

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages with high degree of proficiency and consistency
• Prepare workstations & pantries, ensure that all materials, equipment are ready for service
• Deliver convivial hospitality, ensuring internal quality standards and procedures are being practiced
