Internsg in Singapore is seeking a friendly barista to provide coffee services for office clients, following recipe standards and maintaining a welcoming lounge.

You will operate espresso machines, prepare a variety of beverages, and ensure quick, accurate service while keeping the area tidy.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience; proficient with espresso machines and making a variety of coffee beverages.
• Presentable and have passion for coffee making.
• Strong service awareness and communication skills; able to prepare and serve beverages promptly.

Responsibilities

• Serve coffee and beverages to office clients according to standard recipes.
• Maintain a clean and organized workplace.
• Clear used cups and tidy lounge and meeting areas.
• Monitor coffee bean and milk stock and report low levels.
• Report monthly sales of each coffee type.
• Proactively communicate feedback to receptionists.

Job description

• Provides Beverages service to office clients according to recipe presentation standards
• Serves with integrity, honesty, politeness and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organised workplace
• Help clearing used coffee cups and maintaining the tidiness of the lounge area and meeting rooms.
• Monitor the consumption of coffee beans and milk, and report when the stock is running low.
• Report the sales of each type of coffee monthly.
• Proactively communicate with clients and reflect feedback to receptionists respectively

Job Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant experience; proficient in operating espresso machines and familiar with making a variety of coffee beverages
• Presentable and have passion for coffee making
• Strong service awareness and communication skills, able to prepare and serve coffee beverages promptly and accurately according to customer needs
• Positive work attitude, diligent, and a good team player
