Qualifications

• F&B experience preferred; full training provided.
• Positive attitude and team player mindset.
• Able to stand for long hours in a fast-paced store.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays.
• Basic English; additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare signature teas, fruit drinks and matcha soft serve to quality standards.
• Operate soft serve machines and assist with daily ingredient prep.
• Serve customers warmly and represent the brand positively.
• Handle payments and POS operations.
• Keep the store clean and follow food safety rules.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
